I just uploaded another public domain commercial for a product I barely know of:

I do think the "classic TV" should be split into two different sections: Episodes, and Commercials. However, that does lead to one asking about show fragments (I presume they'd go into the same section as "episodes"), and most of all, which section do we put the crapfest "The Magic Clown" into.

Next, I'm uploading this commercial to YouTube...

Having grown up in America and being a child of the Sixties, I'm sure anyone who did the same thing can attest to knowing the phrase "A little dab'll do ya." And I haven't even watched this clip yet! That's how engrained this particular product is.

My dad used Brylcreem, then switched to Vitalis, then to V05 hair dressing cream, the latter being the nastiest smelling stuff ever. I tried to get my dad to understand "The Wet head is dead" (remember that catch phrase, anyone?) but he's a man of the 20's and 30's, so...

Yep, I do. I remember the commercial tto. A bunch of guys are gathered a funereal(with rain of course) and they are paying their last respects to the wet look,

THE DRY LOOK. Nowadays it seems "the wet head" has risen from the grave. On girls too. Yuck!
